Head of Employee Experience, Bread

Britney has grown her career in the start up tech space for 10 years focusing specifically on employee experience, wellbeing, and workplace management. Having built and supported workplaces across the globe, Britney has honed her skills to better understand what makes employees tick, why diversity is so important to a company's culture, and how the workspace and environment play into an employees wellbeing. Throughout her experience she has seen just how much the employee experience continues to change within tech and the outside world.Â
Â
She is extremely passionate about ensuring all employees have a positive and meaningful experience at work. She is also a certified event planner and has had the chance to plan events across the globe, a hobby she has had for 15+ years, creating quite a lot of meaningful traditions for each company she has worked at.Â
Senior Strategist Bulldog Drummond
To get to know Abby, it helps to pull out a map. She’s lived all over the U.S. and travelled around the world to better understand and fully immerse herself in people, communities, and cultures—how they behave, how they think and what they do. She’s fascinated by human behavior and passionate about creating experiences to make people’s lives better and communities thrive. Abby’s patronus is Leslie Knope, bringing her same signature chutzpah, humor, and enthusiasm for great work, great teammates, and of course, great waffles. But unlike Leslie, she extends her talents far beyond Pawnee, Indiana, to help organizations everywhere unlock and activate their brand values and purpose through their most valuable assets, people. Abby cultivated her curiosity, creativity and penchant for problem-solving while building the employee experience at EA, Renovate America and Asurion as well as building her own HR consulting practice.

Trav Walkowski is an Organizational Psychologist who specializes in designing human resources strategies informed by people analytics. He works to identify opportunities to better use or enhance people data and provides advice and insights about organizations' most important asset: their people! He believes data without insights are useless and strives to get a deep understanding of his client organizations to provide valuable and actionable insights. His personal mission is to leave things better than he found them by creating lasting, scalable, and smart solutions that make a powerful positive impact on clients' employee experience.
When not working, he enjoys watching cringeworthy reality TV, playing all sorts of games, and spending cool nights outside around a fire. He is strangely obsessed with neon green and late 90s music. He strongly believes that everyone should be able to bring their authentic, quirky self to the workplace and should spend significantly more time laughing and having fun than stressing over deadlines or doing work they don’t enjoy.
